IRESS today announced the latest enhancement to its integrated risk insurance solution for real-time premium quotations with the inclusion of two additional insurers, AXA and AIA Australia.
Tim Tez, Head of Product Management at AIA Australia, stated that “Placing risk business with AIA Australia has become more efficient through the XPLAN platform. Advisers will ultimately benefit from the synergies coming out of our co-operative solution with IRESS.”
In addition to AXA and AIA Australia, Risk Researcher also provides real-time binding quotations for Asteron, CommInsure, Tower and Zurich.
As an extension, IRESS’ integrated solution with AXA also provides the capability for Risk Researcher premium modelling information to be automatically transferred across to the AXA online system, Elevate Online. This invokes the AXA electronic application process and removes the need to re-key data.
Stan Pappas, Senior Manager of AXA’s Product Services and Technology believes that the AXA integration with Risk Researcher will provide many benefits.
“Through the integrated solution, advisers can now seamlessly transfer data from XPLAN to AXA’s Elevate Online, where they are able to apply online and obtain instant underwriting decisions, making it a fast and efficient submission process,” he said.
IRESS’ commitment to increasing business efficiencies and reducing adviser workflow complexity was recently again confirmed with the launch of a new Statement of Advice process within Risk Researcher, called Advice Record.
Advice Record provides the professional adviser with a customisable and easy to use software tool that produces a risk specific Statement of Advice in less than 10 minutes.
“The Advice Record functionality within Risk Researcher utilises statement libraries and report templates to greatly speed up the risk advice process, said Louie Dimovski, Head of IRESS Research Services. Dimovski adds, “A Statement of Advice produced from the Advice Record is complete and ready for presenting to the client.”
