We offer a wide range of training and consulting services to get the most out of XPLAN for your business.
Implementation training
When you purchase XPLAN, an Account Executive (AE) is assigned to your business. The AE works with you to create an Implementation Schedule (project plan) to fully incorporate XPLAN into your business.
The implementation process includes training the staff members who will be responsible for maintaining and administering the software. The AE will also conduct a 'Needs Analysis' to determine the training needs of all staff in the business. The AE will co-ordinate training dates and venues, and develop agendas relevant to your business.
Workshop training
Workshop sessions are conducted regularly and are aimed at existing users needing a refresher. These workshops comprise comprehensive training on particular modules of XPLAN. Case studies are used to demonstrate real life applications. FPI members can claim continuing professional development (CPD) points for attending XPLAN training.
All training is conducted using the latest version of XPLAN and includes the latest features and functionality.
